yeah same

i was really busy with uni and waited a little over a month but now I was kinda disappointed with how it ends

Honestly, the parts that made me tear up (and memorable) were (P.S: spoilers ahead so please don’t click if you haven’t seen it)

• when Katniss hissed at Buttercup and broke down in tears because Prim was dead
  
• when Effie bid Haymitch and Katniss goodbye when they return to District 12

Major letdowns in the movie:

• Francis didn’t even bother to make Prim die in a more memorable way (seems to me that they probably just wanna get over with it quickly)
• Finnick’s death was really a pain to watch, it was an anticlimax, which is the total opposite of what I would expect
• The plot was again, really slow in the beginning, yes they included important parts from the book but everything lacks coherence, just like Part 1
• I actually kinda wanna see how Annie dealt with Finnick’s death (I think that would be very interesting)
• They didn’t make Gale as dark as in the books (I was really disappointed about how he left at the end)
• Yeah and lots more but I don’t really want to point out because haters would come for me

well this is just my opinion of the movie so :)

I mean it’s a shame, the book is so well written, then the movie adaptations just didn’t quite do it any justice
